Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 5, 2026

Stack Auditors (“we,” “us,” “the show”) runs this site at stackauditors.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

  • Basic server logs — IP address, user agent, referer, pages viewed. Standard web-server logs, retained briefly to investigate abuse and performance.
  • Nothing else. No accounts, no email signup, no purchase history, no behavioral tracking.

Why we collect it

  • Defensive logging for security + abuse investigation.
  • Analytics aggregates (no per-user profiling).
  • Comply with FTC affiliate disclosure rules — see below.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site (e.g. stackauditors.com/{slug}) are affiliate redirects. When you click one, you leave our site and the destination tool may pay us a commission if you sign up. The partner may set their own cookies under their own privacy policy. We do not pass any personal data to them.

Per FTC 16 CFR Part 255, this site discloses affiliate relationships clearly + conspicuously in the show description, pinned comments, and on every page that names a tool.

Third parties we use

  • Hosting — AWS via Laravel Vapor. Stores server logs.
  • Analytics — server-side aggregates only; no third-party trackers, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel on this domain.
  • Affiliate partners — when you click an outbound link like /clickfunnels, you leave our site. We do not pass your data to them.
  • We do not sell or rent any data to anyone.

Cookies

This site sets a session cookie (Laravel default) for navigation. We do not set tracking cookies. Affiliate partners may set their own cookies after you click through to their site — that's governed by their privacy policy, not ours.

Your rights

  • Access / correct / delete — email [email protected] and we'll handle it within 30 days.
  • GDPR (EEA/UK visitors) — lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests (security logs + abuse investigation). You may object at any time via the email above.
  • CCPA (California residents) — you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of “sale” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top of this page when the policy changes.
